Ethan Mbappé Lottin (born December 29, 2006) is a French footballer who currently plays for Paris Saint-Germain as a midfielder. Ethan joined the local side AS Bondy in 2015, following in the footsteps of both of his older brothers. Mbappé joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2017 after two years with AS Bondy, during the same transfer window that the club loaned out his brother Kylian. He scored his first goal for the under-12 team.

1. He is an “elegant” Midfielder

Ethan Mbappe has been described as a “sleek midfielder” who is at ease with the ball. He can play in the middle of the field. Of course, this is not the case for Kylian, who prefers to play as a wide attacker or through the center.

Ethan Mbappe, Kylian Mbappe’s younger brother, has signed a new youth contract with PSG, according to the club.

The 15-year-old has been in PSG’s youth system and has now signed a three-year contract extension through 2024.

PSG announced the signing of the younger Mbappe, as well as Sunny Mayulu, a player born in 2006.

4. He is the full brother of  Kylian Mbappe

Ethan, 15, is Kylian’s full brother, born on December 29, 2006, to father Wilfried Mbappe and mother Fayza Lamari.

He was born in Montreuil, a Paris inner-eastern suburb just a stone’s throw from the 19th arrondissement, where his elder brother was born in 1998.

He is also the half-brother of retired French forward Jires Kembo Ekoko, who is nearly 19 years his senior and had an 18-year career at Stade Rennais, Al-Ain in the UAE, and Bursaspor in Turkey.

5. Ethan has joint citizenship in France and Algeria

Ethan has dual French and Algerian citizenship, as his mother was born in Algeria, and his first footballing experience came at the age of eight, in the AS Bondy youth set-up. That’s the same club where his older brother and half-brother started, and it’s where he first started to shine.
