Dave Chappelle was born on 24th August 1973 in Washington D.C. His father William David Chappelle III was a professor and his mother Yvonne K. Chappelle Seon worked for a Unitarian Universalist Minister. He grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland, and attended Woodlin Elementary School.  He is an American stand-up comedian and an actor.
